Omics Profiling for a systems-wide view of the host

Omics methodologies – transcriptomics, proteomics, glycomics, and metabolomics – provide high-resolution data about a myriad of host processes. Integration of data from these methods can provide a systems-level view of hosts and provide novel insights that are not possible when each is taken in isolation.
