Emma Bay (EB) Dickinson

Education: BS, Ecology, University of Georgia

EB’s research focuses on determining the role of mosquito miRNAs in Wolbachia-mediated inhibition of Zika virus infection.

Career Goals: EB’s goal is to obtain a PhD in Disease Ecology and eventually become a staff scientist at a government agency or non-profit. Alternatively, EB is interested in becoming an elementary school teacher or science cartoonist.
